The Silence of Saturday

Today is the day between the cross and the empty tomb. A day of grief, uncertainty, and most likely some confusion. It was a day of waiting. There must have been so many questions mixed in with crushing grief. Is this the end of the story? What do we do? What happens next?

​Sometimes it is so hard when waiting in our grief and uncertainty, having no idea about what is coming next. In the midst of all that it can feel like God has fallen silent. That he has left us alone. All hope is gone.

​Don’t be deceived! God promises to never leave us. Even in the silence of Saturday He is there. Whether you realize it or not, Sunday is coming.
